What is solution focussed hypnotherapy?

We’ll also look at the latest neuroscience to hep you understand how you can help yourself but you don’t need to worry about that – it’s my job to explain this in a way you can understand. We then use hypnosis to consolidate our work and help you to take ownership of the whole process.
