How Much Does Hypnotherapy Cost?
The cost of hypnotherapy depends on the type of therapy you choose and the length of the appointment.
All hypnotherapy treatments begin with an Initial Consultation, allowing us to understand your goals, discuss your concerns and recommend the most appropriate therapeutic approach for your individual needs.

Do I Need an Initial Consultation?
For all hypnotherapy services, yes.
Your Initial Consultation is an essential part of the therapeutic process. During this appointment, we’ll:
- Explore your goals and current challenges
- Take a detailed history where appropriate
- Explain how the brain works and how hypnotherapy can help you
- Recommend the most effective therapy for your needs
- Create a personalised treatment plan
This ensures your therapy is tailored specifically to you from the very beginning.
Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) do not require a separate Initial Consultation and can be booked directly. At present these services are only available as home visits.
Smoking and Vaping Cessation
Smoking and vaping cessation programmes require an Initial Consultation before your treatment session.
The cost of your Initial Consultation is deducted from the price of your Smoking or Vaping Cessation Programme, meaning you only pay the remaining balance when you attend your treatment appointment.
Booking Your Appointment
Appointments are available online across the UK and face-to-face as home visits (subject to availability).
If you’re unsure which therapy is right for you, your Initial Consultation will help us decide together on the approach that best suits your goals.
CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS
If you have to cancel your appointment with us, please ensure you have contacted us within 24 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so will incur 100% charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge.
Late arrivals – we work to offer the best possible service for our clients, therefore, if you are late for your appointment, your treatment will still finish at the scheduled time.
We reserve the right to re-schedule appointments where necessary. We reserve the right to discontinue your therapy if there is a series of cancellations or no-shows.
