Schema-focussed Hypnotherapy – A Real Solution

I initially met Janet through accompanying my son to an appointment. I was immediately impressed by her explanation of how trauma affected our view of the world, and how added stressors could tip us into modes of being that made navigating the world feel impossible. I was then astounded at how, after only a few sessions, he was released from issues that were seriously impacting his mental health. It was then that I decided to begin therapy for myself.
