Smoking Cessation

I saw Janet online for smoking cessation in September, and haven’t thought about smoking since. I would definitely use her services again and would definitely recommend her to others.

Low Mood and Anxiety

I wanted to achieve some clarity on how and why my mind works, and to be able to implement a strategy to help ease my depression. With the help and support from Janet I feel I made massive progress. It also enabled me to get some quality sleep and consequently empty my stress bucket. The hypnotherapy enabled me to change my mindset, and start to believe “I can and I will”. The sessions helped me to relax and feel stronger and more able to cope. Janet not only helped me immensely through the hypnotherapy session, but also by explaining how the brain works. I would definitely 100% recommend her to others, and would absolutely use her services again.

Confidence and Overall Wellness

What have I gained from hypnotherapy? A greater sense of knowing me and how to serve myself not others…. Be kind to oneself, more self-love and appreciation. The sessions were perfect, definitely targeted on my specific issue (confidence, overall wellness). I always came away feeling refreshed and rejuvenated….I would definitely recommend Janet, and in fact have already done this, and – I would definitely use her service in the future.
