Anxiety about holidays

With a long-haul flight coming up I felt I needed to seek help about the anxiety I experienced when flying and travelling. I had sessions with Janet and could not believe the difference in myself and how calm I felt. The whole journey did not phase me and it was the first holiday I have been on and not wanted to come back. I would highly recommend Janet, who instantly put me at my ease and explains everything, teaching me ways to cope with anxiety whilst she is very professional. It feels like I'm visiting a friend.
